Ethernet Driver Hp Windows Xp

HP Pavillion dv6205us had a blue screen error only solution was to reinstall Windows. Have a Windows XP Pro disc someone gave me did reinstall repair. Tried to restart the computer, it would not start. After several methods attempts, I can restart now.
Windows XP is old version 2002 Service Pack 2. Need several updates drivers that did not install, the ethernet network controllers are not available to log on internet.
Tried several sites but require downloading a program. I download program to flashdrive from another PC install on HP; the program needs internet connection - not available.
Went to device manager found following: yellow question marks and code-28

I am not getting any volume from my computer i have a pavlion dv6 HP windows 7

Hi,
My HP G70 Notebook says it s connected to the internet but IE and Firefox won t connect either via ethernet cable or wireless. The Network and Sharing Centre says I m connected.
I have Windows vista and my ISP provider said I would probably need to update drivers but I have no idea which drivers I need or how I would do this without a connection. I m assuming I would need to download them to another pc then burn them to a disc then load the disc into the laptop/notebook.
How do I know which drivers I need.
If anyone can help I d really appreciate some clear instructions.
My laptop was purchased in 2008 but has been barely used and at this rate will be going in the trashcan.

I need help syncing my iPAQ Pocket PC 1900 series to my computer using Windows 8 and the Mobile Device Center.
How do I remove /delete an unwanted network connection that appears in a list of possible connections.
I have my usual connection point but somehow a second connection point with the same base name has appeared but its name is the same as my main one but with the addition to its name of guest.

It depends.
With Windows 8, you right click on the network you don t want and select Forget this Network.
With Windows 7, see this link.
If you never want to see the guest network show up, turn the guest network option off in your router s configuration menu.
